Hooray! I’m back with another post and working in some exciting things which I think you’re all going to love but more on that soon! 🙂

For those of you who follow the blog, you’ll know that I absolutely love wearing clothing that’s comfortable and casual however recently I’ve found myself gravitating towards a more feminine, elegant look.

Simple Chic – Jeans 

I love my skinny jeans, they’re perfect for wearing with boots and oversized jumpers but instead of keeping them plain – find jeans with zip details on the bottom (as pictured).

It’s little touches like this which will take your outfit from casual to ‘ooh’ – in seconds!

Not a fan of skinny jeans? Opt for bootcut – they’re the most flattering jeans for any shape-type as they define your curves and help you if needed. Team with wedge heels or a high-heeled court shoe for a very feminine look.

What will I be wearing? You’ll have to wait and see throughout the autumn months 😉

Simple Chic – Shoes 

I’m not saying ditch the flat shoes – no!

I’ll still be wearing my flat ballet pumps and reaching for my flat boots this autumn and winter however I am going to make more of an effort to wear heels and heeled boots!

At the moment, I simply buy shoes to place on the shelves in my wardrobe – yes, I’m that bad!

Instead, I’m going to buy a variety of jeans and get my oversized sweaters ready – autumn is on the way you know and this is the perfect excuse for some shopping! 😀

Simple Chic – Always Stay Comfortable 

There’s nothing worse than wearing clothing for the sake of looking good – you need to always feel comfortable in what you wear as this matters in your confidence and the way you present yourself.

Don’t wear heels if you can’t walk in them – that’s just stupid!

I know my limit when it comes to heels (and shoes in general) – I know what style I can walk in and what height my heels need to be, too high and I’ll be on the floor instead – that’s not a good look!

So – there we have some simple chic ideas!
