If you’re like me, you’ll love your black outfits for day-to-day work as they’re easy to style whether you’re attending meetings or events. Simply layer a cardigan over your outfit and it will instantly transform your look.

The one I’m wearing in this article is an oversized, fluffy cardigan that I purchased in Greece, I love it as it keeps me warm and snuggly!

You can opt for a lighter material, longer-in-style cardigan with a belt depending on the look you’re going for and adding a pair of heeled boots.

Add a pop of colour to your outfit easily, you don’t have to choose red, any colour will work with black (that’s the best part of wearing black, it’s an easy colour to style) and team things up with a matching handbag, bangles or maybe a pair of earrings in a matching colour to bring a look together.

I really think that cardigans are underrated pieces of clothing and everyone needs at least one in their wardrobe.
