Wall Art & Decor – Using Canvas Prints

It’s safe to say that we all love updating our homes and/or workspaces – especially when it comes to the walls however what are the options if you don’t to use wallpaper or create a feature wall? I’d day there’s nothing easier other than using Wall Art & Decor, more specifically – using Canvas Prints.

It’s by far one of the easiest ways to update any space and the best part is that it’s then all down to you to customise the space, bringing together elements of the room. Think about using vases and decor accessories which are a similar colour to the canvas prints.

In this post, I’d like to bring your attention to a company called My-Picture as they’re the company who kindly provided me with these two Canvas Prints which you can see behind me in the photo below.

What I absolutely love about them is the way that they change up a space in a matter of seconds – literally!

Ok, so let’s start things off with the website and how it all works. It’s easy (I mean, really easy).

All you need to do is click My-Picture.co.uk and click on the ‘Wall Decoration’ where you’ll then see the Canvas Prints.

From there, you’re asked to upload your photo of choice and select the type of Canvas you’d like, the thickness and the edging / framing.

There’s a variety of edging options and frames offered on My-Picture.co.uk and as you’ll see in the screenshot below, there’s a description for each one.

When clicked – you get a little preview to see how your canvas print will look.

If you look at the Canvas’ which I’ve selected, they’re both quite thick as this is what I wanted.

I didn’t want to use a white or dark frame as I didn’t want to limit myself to a specific colour – knowing that I constantly change up the workspace.

My-Picture.co.uk – Uploading a Photo

When it comes to uploading a photo – you can choose anything. It can be something from your photo album, a special moment or a picture of your favourite locations.

As you can see, for my prints, I chose New York and Monaco – two of my favourite places!

What I loved about the photos (apart from the actual photo) is the beautiful colouring – just look at how the colour stands out!

One thing which I wanted to mention in this post is how a Canvas Print can be a wonderful gift idea too! It’s something different and really shows the other person that you’ve put a lot of time and thought into their gift.
