Motivation Monday: Positive Week – Hello everyone! Well it’s the start of a new week and I know that this can be one of the hardest days!

After a weekend of relaxing and enjoying yourself, you’re now back and ready for the week ahead…..

Motivation Monday: Positive Week – Think Positive

Always think positive – Ive said it in many of my other posts but we always need to think positive about everything in our life.

When we start to think negatively, we only end up attracting more negativity into our lives – it’s a horrible circle but that’s how it goes!

So, instead of thinking ‘Oh it’s Monday and I’ve got work‘ – just think ‘It’s Monday, I’m healthy and I’m going to enjoy my day and week‘ it’s little things like this that will change your mindset and you’re subconsciously ‘preparing’ yourself to enjoy the day and week ahead.

Motivation Monday: Positive Week – Do Something Different Each Day

Even though it’s a motivation monday post, I’m also writing about making sure you have a positive week, this week….

If you’re someone who makes a coffee before you leave for work – skip it! Go out a little earlier and treat yourself, have that piece of cake or slice of brownie – you deserve it!

If you’ve been eyeing up a coat, a jacket or a pair of shoes – buy them! You never know what’s going to happen tomorrow so treat yourself.

Again this will make you feel happier, meaning you’ll be thinking in a positive manner and positive thinking will attract positive to your life! 🙂

Have you missed your family? Take a day off sick and go and visit them – do something different everyday, make the most of everyone and everything in your life!

Do you normally stay home in the evening? Invite your friends and family over for food and laughs or arrange to go out one evening for a nice meal…..

Motivation Monday: Positive Week – Pamper Yourself

With the daily stresses of life, it’s easy to forget about the main thing – yourself.

I make sure that at least once a week I’ll pamper myself – whether it’s with a face mask, a bubble bath or a lovely (lazy) night at home watching tv and doing absolutely nothing…..

You always need to make time for yourself – you’ll feel energised, happy and overall – positive! 🙂

Motivation Monday: Positive Week – Make Every Week Positive

Instead of following these rules for just this week – try and do this every week!

Make time for yourself more often, visit friends and family more often, treat yourself more often – instead of constantly stressing, treat yourself and enjoy yourself!

Life is far too short to be unhappy, stuck in a routine or not enjoying yourself the way you should be!

Do what you want to do and always remember to think positive!!! 🙂
