BAFTAs 2018 Fashion: See The Looks Here
Sprinkles of Style is sharing some of the looks from last night's BAFTAs - featuring Angelina Jolie, Kate Middleton and Margot Robbie to name a few...
The BAFTAs are always a glamorous event with celebrities gracing the red carpet in their beautiful gowns, shining away in the light of the paparazzi cameras however this year - instead of seeing plenty of colour, celebrities went with a different dress code in honour of the Time's Up Movement.
This dress-code was first introduced last month for the Golden Globe awards and it looks like the same dress-code (all black) will be expected for the upcoming Oscars ceremony in March.
Why Kate Middleton Didn't Wear Black
A lot of people seemed to question why Kate Middleton didn't wear black to the 2018 BAFTAs however, there's a simple reason to this.
The Duchess and members of the Royal Family are supposed to remain neutral when it comes to do with anything relating to political campaigns and movements.
There is a pressure from within the Royal Family to NOT make any political statements.
Normally, the only time you'll see a member of the Royal Family wearing black will be either when attending a funeral or Remembrance Day.
