How To – Summer Colours
For me summer is all about bright colours, floaty dresses, heels, skirts, shorts, skorts, you name it, it’s about having fun and experimenting with your clothing.
I love winter clothing for it’s cosy, warm knitwear but summer seems to make everyone that little bit happier and of course the colours are a lot brighter.
I’ve been receiving quite few emails for requests on posts about summer colours and how to swear them or style them so I’ve put together a little post for you lovely readers.
Summer = Fun Fun = Colour Colour = Fun
It’s all about having fun and I think you can easily style outfits and bright colours together making it look effortless and chic.
I prefer keeping things simple and I always have one main colour and I’ll work around it with complimenting shades.
Take the yellow/neon dress for example, this is simple but it makes a statement with the colour.
Both heels pictured would look good with this as I would team it up with the earrings which bring the look together, the metallic shoes although a different colour completely does have a green/yellow shade running through it which looks wonderful with the dress.
The pink shoes again would look wonderful as you have the same pink shade in the earrings so it’s about teaming things up together and complimenting things with one another.
