Make The Most Of Monday Morning – Good Morning everyone! It’s Monday and it’s the start of a new week. I haven’t written a Motivation Monday post in a while so here’s one to hopefully help you start your day right! 🙂

Mondays are tough – after a weekend of relaxing, spending time with your friends and family or simply enjoying your weekend at home, watching tv and eating good food, it can be difficult to find the motivation at the beginning of the week.

Make The Most Of Monday Morning – Wake Up Earlier

I’ve said this before and as weird as it might sound, it actually helps when you wake up earlier than at a normal time.

This allows you to get things done without rushing around or feeling stressed which definitely helps with your spirits and motivation –  plus you get to enjoy that cup of coffee, in the comfort of your own home.

Make The Most Of Monday Morning – Check Your Emails

If you’re a blogger, this is the perfect time to go through all your emails and answer them too!

This leaves you with more time during the day to get on with your work / posts / photography rather than making the time later on in the day to answer your emails.

Make The Most Of Monday Morning – Make Time For Yourself 

Sometimes, you just need to make time for yourself – wake up early, have a cup of coffee and just relax…..

This will allow you to reduce any stress – think positive thoughts and don’t let any negativity affect your thinking….
