Makeup Revolution Unicorns Unite Lipstick Collection – It’s been a while since I’ve featured anything from Makeup Revolution and seeing as it’s a new month AND with Halloween on the way – I thought these little beauties would be a good fit! 🙂

Makeup Revolution Unicorns Unite Lipstick Collection – Packaging
As you can see in all the pictures, the packaging is very sleek and actually quite professional looking which I really like….
However what I love the most about these lipsticks is the fact that you can see the actual lip colour in the cap. (See photos)
I mean, it’s just so cute and absolutely perfect if you like lining up all your products in size and brand order (I know, I’m a neat freak) – so good in fact that I think ALL lipsticks should be like this!
It’s so handy and really does look lovely!

I know, it’s weird to be talking about the scent of a lipstick but please keep reading – I do have my reasons for this!
Most lipsticks out there smell like….a lipstick! You know that creamy lipstick smell? Well, this isn’t the case here….
I think it might be something to do with the Unicorns but these smell like fruity sweets! I mean, they actually taste good enough to eat – hahaha, seriously!

In one word – beautiful!
The textures of these lipsticks are really spot-on, I didn’t think they would be this smooth to apply however they glide onto your skin like butter!
Nourishing, creamy and not at all drying – well done Makeup Revolution, well done!

OK, so I’ll be the first to admit that at least 2 of these colours I won’t be wearing on a daily basis – more likely for a makeup look or halloween dress-up party (I think you can guess which colours)
What I do want to say though is that Throne, Legend and Pink Myth CAN be worn daily!
The fact that they’re SO creamy to apply means that you need to build up the colour, especially if you want them to look like in the pictures! Out of all of them – the 3 I’ve mentioned are the most-wearable for everyday 🙂

I really do like these, I think they’re fun and as described magical and mythical!

Love the colours, the top and bottom ones are my faves but for £4 it’s definitely worth gibing them all a go. This might sound weird, but I always smell lip sticks before I purchase any so the fact that these have a fruity scent is definitely a plus. I can’t use lipsticks which I don’t like the scent of!

They’re lovely shades although I’m sure the one you wont be wearing it the blue i would definitely wear the purple mixed with a lighter shade of purple.
