Kiko Modern Tribe Face Brush – This is one of those posts that was just waiting to be published, I tend to write my posts a few days before they go live on the blog and sometimes end up posting others which are more relevant but I haven’t talked about make-up brushes in a while so here we go!
Kiko is a brand that’s relatively new to me and I heard about it from a friend who told me to go and check out their store in London, coincidentally a few days after that conversation I received a surprise parcel from the brand with a few products that will all be featured online! 🙂
Kiko Modern Tribe Face Brush – Packaging
I can’t compare this packaging to other ranges from the brand as I’ve been sent products from the Modern Tribes Range which I think is a limited edition collection for the summer!
The packaging is lovely, sleek and crisp – I quite like the white and gold combination as it’s perfect for summer and goes well with the theme of the collection.
It’s always nice to see a brand taking that extra step in showcasing their products like this – to me it shows that the brand actually cares about the customer and how their customers will see the products….no one ever said no to lovely product packaging!
Kiko Modern Tribe Face Brush – Brush
As you can see in the pictures below this is an angled face brush – I use it to apply my bronzer but you can also use this to apply shimmer/bronzer on your body too.
The brush is definitely of high-quality, it feels super soft, smooth and doesn’t drag or pull on the skin….it glides across your face for flawless application of any product you’re applying.
Kiko Modern Tribe Face Brush – How To Use
Like I’ve mentioned above I tend to use this for applying my bronzer as the ‘angled’ shape just glides across skin allowing you to give your skin a beautiful glow.
When it comes to contouring you should always use these types of angular brushes as they provide much more accuracy and help you define, shape and (naturally) contour your face.
As the brush is rather big in size you can also use this to apply a shimmer bronzer on arms, along your legs and anywhere you want to add a ‘golden glow’.
Kiko Modern Trive Face Brush – Overall
I’m really impressed with this face brush as the quality is absolutely brilliant and by far one of the best blush/bronze make-up brushes I own!
The bristles are extremely soft and don’t drag on the skin but the angle allows you to apply product precisely where you want it for contouring or to dust on bronzer for a lovely glow.
I recommend this especially with summer holidays as you’ll get SO much use out of it now and all year round!
I would love to hear what you all think – have you used any products from KIKO Cosmetics or used their brushes?
Let me know!!
