I hope you're all well and having a wonderful week so far! Things are still looking summery on the blog and it's staying that way - for as long as possible! 🙂

We all know that it's good to get out there and maintain a healthy lifestyle however with daily stresses, work and for some of us, the weather - it can be hard to keep up with staying active.

In this post - I'm sharing some of my tips that will help transform your mindset and help you get motivated to make sure you DO keep up with your healthy lifestyle and summer is the best time to start!

This is why summer is one of the best times to kick-start your healthy lifestyle.

It helps when working out that you choose a beautiful location to help clear your mind and boost motivation.

For me, summer is the perfect time to get out there - I love exercising or taking long walks by the sea.

Fun Ways To Get More Active This Summer - Food & Diet 

Summer not only makes us feel happier but it really does help you get into a healthier lifestyle.

The food and fruit which you'll be able to come by in these months is just so much better!

Try preparing a delicious fruit platter in the morning teamed with dairy-free coconut yoghurt for extra sweetness, make a coffee or fresh juice - perfect! 🙂

If the other ways don't grab your attention then this will - SHOPPING! 🙂

I find that by buying a new 'kit' for my exercise or treating myself to a new pair of trainers or backpack, it motivates me and 'pushes' me further by wanting to use the items more.

I recently got a couple of pairs of customised trainers (post coming soon) and absolutely love them - I've worn them for my exercises and running daily errands as they're stylish and super-comfortable.

I've also spotted this gorgeous backpack along with a few others which you can see below - I'm not sure which to get as there's so many to choose from but they're perfect for packing your gear and also stylish enough to wear for brunch with friends!

So, there we have my fun ways to get more active this summer and if you're thinking about changing your lifestyle and becoming healthier - NOW is the time do it!

If you're going away for a couple of weeks, take advantage of the weather, the sunshine and the location - even if it's for going on long walks by the sea, it's all a step in the right direction.

Treat yourself to new accessories like a backpack or trainers and you really will feel more motivated to get out there!
