Firmoo Glasses Review – Hello everyone! I hope you’re all well and having a wonderful week so far, I’m currently sat at my desk all snuggly in my jumper and before I go out thought it would be good to write this post!

Today I’m going to be writing about , I know a lot of you are interested to find out about the brand especially those of you in the UK so below I’ve gone through all the details! 🙂

Firmoo Glasses Review – Customer Service

I don’t normally talk about the customer service from a brand but I feel like it’s needed/wanted here and all I can say is that Firmoo have been nothing but supportive and helpful.

I had a little issue when ordering my glasses online as a couple of things to do with my prescription weren’t being accepted but in a matter of hours after sending my details and a picture of my prescription (with the details) my order had been processed!

I’ll admit that sometimes I hesitate when ordering online, I always wonder if my order will get to me, what happens if there’s a mistake etc….

Firmoo really passed my expectations – once my glasses had been processed I received an email with some information along with delivery details too!

A week later my glasses had arrived – I was very impressed by the speed, the efficiency and overall support from Firmoo in handling my order and delivery so a big thank you AND well done to them!

Firmoo Glasses Review – Packaging

The glasses come packaged in an envelope which is lined quite thickly with bubble-wrap, it’s very compact meaning that your case (and glasses) won’t move around during the shipping process so you can be sure that they’ll come to you with no problems.

Inside all the bubble-wrap you have your case and your glasses and as you can see in the photo above (and below) – this is one cute case!

I have quite a few glasses and cases to go with them but out of all of them, this is by far my favourite glasses case – it’s just so lovely!

Firmoo Glasses Review – Quality

One of the main things that stand out about these Firmoo Glasses is the quality of them!

The build quality is absolutely wonderful, the frames feel solid and not at all plasticky plus they look a lot more expensive than they are – that’s always a bonus!

I’m actually wearing them as I write this and I’m doing that double-glance in the mirror which is by my desk….you know, when you look and look again hahaha – I love these glasses! 🙂

Firmoo Glasses Review – Style

I picked these frames for their unique style, from the front they look like a normal pair of glasses but from the side they really come into their own!!

I love, love, love all the detail on the sides of the frames, they make such a statement, they catch peoples attention and there’s a touch of sparkle – what’s not to love!?

Each time I wear these I get a compliment on them and when I was having photos taken for the post (you can see me wearing them below – scroll down) someone actually came over to ask where I’d got my glasses from so I gave her the details to Firmoo! 🙂

What I love about Firmoo is that there’s such a variety online – there’s something for everyone no matter what style or colour you like….you’ll find something for sure!

Everything is so cheap on too, for the build quality and frame styles it really is a go-to place especially if you’ve seen something that you perhaps can’t afford!

I’ve already got my eye on a few new frames which I’ll hopefully be getting very soon! 🙂

If you haven’t realised already, I love Firmoo Glasses – they’re a wonderful brand and offer such a variety of styles and frames that there’s something for everyone!

The customer service and delivery is wonderful, if you have any questions or need help with your order just send them an email and it’ll be sorted within hours (from my personal experience).

Like I’ve mentioned above, I’ve already spotted a few more frames that I really like so hopefully I’ll be getting some new glasses soon!

If you’re in the process of getting new glasses then I’d recommend checking out Firmoo too – you might end up getting 2 frames for the price of one! 🙂
