Hello everyone! I hope you’re all well and looking forward to a relaxing weekend! As a few of you may have seen on my Instagram Page, I was kindly invited to attend a luxury overnight stay at the Shangri-La Hotel (In The Shard) to celebrate the new launch from the Elizabeth Arden Prevage Range.

Arriving at the hotel, I checked in and was taken to the event room for the launch – it was all very, very luxurious and I’ll be sharing more photos and talking about the hotel in much more detail in a travel / hotel post.

Once I arrived to the event room, not only was I greeted by one of the nicest teams (the Elizabeth Arden girls) but I was also greeted by one of the most beautiful views of London – you can scroll down to see more pictures….

The latest launch from one of the most-loved luxury brands is the .

It’s a product which is absolutely perfect for everyone – this hydrates AND protects your skin from the daily pollution, UV rays and visible signs of ageing.

Containing 100% mineral broad spectrum SPF 50 sunscreen – this supports your skin’s natural repair process, working with your skin as you wear it daily, to strengthen and protect from harmful rays and pollution (which we don’t see) in the atmosphere.

Creating an invisible barrier on your skin, this doesn’t allow the harmful rays, toxins and pollution to get through to your skin.

Elizabeth Arden Prevage City Smart – Texture 

I’ll be covering the texture very briefly as I’ve been provided with a full-size product to use so I’ll be writing about this in much more detail in a full-review post which is coming soon.

At the event, I applied a little bit of the product onto the back of my hand to see it – I was actually really surprised at how beautiful this feels on the skin.

I expected it to be quite thick and heavy on the skin however it’s more of a lightweight serum-creme texture which is very pleasant and rather refreshing.

Blending beautifully onto the skin, this contains a sheer, universal tint providing your skin with one of the most delicate, dewy glows and also contains optical diffusers ‘blurring‘ your skin to give you a radiant, smooth appearance.

Elizabeth Arden Event 

Now, going back to the event – we were also treated to little appetisers consisting of Banana & Blueberry ‘Smoothies’ – I say ‘Smoothies’ as I ate mine just like a dessert, not forgetting the cute gold leaf on top.

There was also fruit flapjacks and super-fruit bowls with acai bars, strawberries, blueberries and raspberries – all very posh! 🙂

Me being me, I also ordered a coffee and enjoyed a lovely glass of refreshing water – the key to healthy skin!

I have so much more coming soon including NEW products which I haven’t featured on here PLUS pictures from the room I stayed in!

The views were absolutely incredible and yes – even the bathroom had a view!! Hahaha 🙂
