More often than not, it’s the simplest of trends which make a statement and for those of you who want easy trends to follow, here’s a few day-to-night outfit ideas to try.

Daytime: Oversized Shirt – Day-To-Night Outfit Ideas

Oversized shirts aren’t going anywhere – anytime soon! They’re still a huge fashion trend for 2020 and they’re a great piece of clothing for every wardrobe.

I absolutely love oversized shirts, especially in the Spring when the weather gets better. When the sun is shining and the days are getting warmer and you don’t want to wear a jacket – look at oversized shirts instead.

They’re fashionable, you can style them in your own way and above all – you feel comfortable when running day-to-day errands!

As you can see in the photo above, I wore my oversized shirt with my black skinny jeans and decided to opt for a white t-shirt, breaking up the black outfit.

Overall, it’s a simple look but it’s effective and effortless. With everything going on these days, all we want is simple yet fashionable outfits.

Here’s a little bit of detail on the sleeve – it’s a button sleeve which is actually really lovely. You can easily roll up the sleeve, button and keep them in place if you get too warm throughout the day….

Nighttime: Pink Glitter Trousers – Day-To-Night Outfit Ideas

Moving onto the evening look – instead of wearing a statement top, why not switch things up and choose a statement pair of trousers instead!

Take inspiration from this and go for a pair of lovely glitter strip trousers – they’re pink / rose gold and look absolutely beautiful.

I’ve kept things relatively simple with a black t-shirt which compliments the black stripes and I’d also add a pair of black heels and a black blazer to the look.

Roll up the blazer sleeves and add a some chunky bangles and statement rings.

You’re good to go and this is perfect for an evening out with friends or family.

I can also imagine this being a lovely option for the summer months too – team with a basic vest top and wedge heels for summer chic! 🙂
