Dior Winter 2019 Collection

Dior is a brand that is known for it’s high-end, fascinating mix of styles and designs and in this post, you can get a sneak peek at the Dior Winter 2019 Collection.

The Autumn-Winter 2019-2020 ready to wear collection has been designed by Maria Grazia Chiuri and as you can see, the collection brings togethers a mix of England and French style.

Think of 1950’s England and modern French designs – classic yet with a hint of rebellion. Elegant yet fun.

As you’ll be able to see, there’s a lot of bold patterns and a few statement colours – nothing too over the top but all in keeping with Dior’s style.

Ready-To-Wear – Dior Winter 2019 Collection

As you can see, this is a relatively simple look yet it’s got a high-end, fashion-forward feel to it.

When I say relatively simple, I mean for a designer brand, it’s something that I can totally imagine someone wearing to work. For example a fashion editor, a business woman or an influencer who loves fashion.

It’s all very chic and I love the layering that we can see – a top is layered under the dress but you also have the lovely layering on the bottom part of the dress.

The handbag compliments the look perfectly and even though red is a statement colour – the overall look works.

Now this isn’t something that I can imagine everyone wearing – this is much more of a statement outfit.

Whilst a lot of people won’t like this look – it makes people take notice. The design and styles clash but in a weird way, it all works.

Again, we’re seeing a lot of layering detail so for Autumn-Winter, take note of layering your clothing too.
