As soon as the parcel arrives, you open it up and you're greeted with this beautiful box instantly making you happy - if giving it as a gift, imagine the happiness being shared.

Inside, the box is double-lined, thick and you know right from the start that Ana Luisa Jewelry is a high-end brand.

As soon as the parcel arrived, I couldn't wait to check out the necklace.

In the box, you have the blue jewellery pouch which you can see pictured above - even this is high-quality and lined on the inside, keeping your jewellery safe when it's being delivered but can also be used to store your small jewellery, rings and even little bits and pieces.

As soon as I took the necklace out of the jewellery bag, I immediately felt how wonderful the quality is.

You know how sometimes jewellery can feel hollow? Not in this case - the necklace feels (and looks) lovely and Ana Luisa Jewelry have done a great job as my first impression was wonderful.

The one thing I will mention is the chain. As you can see in the photo, it's extremely delicate and thin so you do need to be careful as the tiny loops can sometimes loop together.

I store mine on a jewellery organiser just to make sure the chain doesn't loop on itself.

As with all jewellery, make sure you take care of the items.

As you can see in the photo here on the left, I'm wearing a lovely necklace from Ana Luisa Jewelry and this is called the 'Liz Layered Necklace'.

I really like the design of this necklace - it's a 14K gold-dipped necklace with a textured twist design which looks extremely elegant.

The twist design is really beautiful and if you take a closer look at the photo, you can see just how much detail is involved - it's extremely pretty and makes a statement without being over-the-top.

What I love about the necklace is the fact it's a timeless pieces - it's fashionable now and it'll be fashionable in many, many years to come.

A few years ago, I loved my statement jewellery and whilst I still wear (and love them) I've now gravitated more towards delicate items like this necklace.
