"Take the time to make your soul happy"

For me, happiness and positivity go hand in hand.

When you're happy, you're also in a positive mindset and a lot more open and receptive to seeing the positive in everything around you.

We all stress and rush around with day-to-day life however, if you take the time to look after your self (inner self) you'll then start to see amazing things happen.

Do something you love - go for a walk on the beach, treat yourself once a week (you know you want those shoes) or book yourself for a short break away every so often - just do things that make you happy.

"There are so many beautiful reasons to be happy"

If you think about it, there are SO many reasons to be happy.

First of all - we're healthy and able to get out there, making things happen for ourselves.

Start off your day by being grateful for everything you have in your life. Be positive about new opportunities and feel happy with what you've achieved so far - always looking forward to the next step and feeling happy about the direction you're going in.

(If you're not happy - that's a sign that you need to make a change in your life.)

I find that happiness is something unique, different people find happiness in different things and it's something that can change everything around you.

Happiness works in a very similar way to positivity , for example - you're working in an office and you greet someone with a smile, what do they do? They smile back and instantly feel happier.

By being happy - you share the happiness. Positive energy attracts positive into your life. Happiness attracts happy situations.

It doesn't take a lot to make happiness your priority and in doing so - you'll see little miracles happening around you.

Spend time on making your inner self happy and you'll feel better than ever.

I understand that it's easy for me to sit here and write about being happy and I also know that it's not possible to be happy all the time however, if you focus on your inner self and get back to your positive mindset quicker - it makes a huge difference overall.

Treat yourself once in a while and if you're not happy or not feeling inspired - make a change and do what you love.

Life is too short to not be happy so always look at the glass half full rather than half empty. Smile at someone - spread the happiness and positive energy!
