The Body Shop Satsuma Body Butter *

The beauty geek within me loves trying and testing out different products and I’m extremely lucky to be able to test products and write a review about them but I have my staple pieces of skincare and make-up which I use every single day and that won’t change.

A few weeks ago I was sent this little beauty you can see pictured above, it’s The Body Shop Satsuma Body Butter….just from the name you know it’s going to be an extremely refreshing, revitalising product and I couldn’t wait to try it.

What do I think of The Body Shop Satsuma Body Butter?

I love the bright orange packaging, it’s a nice change to other beauty products and it has a simplistic feel to it which is nice too!

As soon as you get to the product you’re greeted by a beautiful fragrance of sweet orange with a hint of flowers which just give it that touch of extra sweetness against the refreshing citrus scent.

It’s such a beautiful scent as it’s not overpowering, it’s just right and for those people that don’t like really sweet smells or really refreshing smells this is right in the middle of the two so you get a lovely balance of sweet and fresh.

What’s the texture of The Body Shop Satsuma Body Butter?

It’s a very light creamy cream…it’s not a thick cream which can leave your skin feeling clogged.

I used a little amount on the back of my hand as you can see pictured above and that was more than enough for both hands so a little product goes a long way. The scent is ever so delicate but has that little kick of citrus and sweet which I absolutely love!

It sinks into the skin right away and leaves skin feeling lovely, soft and smooth without that horrible greasy feeling!

Can I buy The Body Shop Satsuma Body Butter?

Yes of course!!

By clicking Satsuma Body Butter you’ll be taken to the product page directly where you will also see it’s a best seller!

How much is this Body Butter?

It’s £13.00 for 200ml which is very good value as it will last you a long time!

Would I recommend this to family and friends?

Yes…I think it’s a product which is loved by many and will continue to be loved by many as it’s the perfect balance between sweet and fresh….it’s not overpowering and it reminds me of summer haha!

All you lovely readers out there…let me know what you think!

Have you tried this Body Butter??

Layla xx

Does it feel like a butter or a lotion?

At first it feels like a butter but as soon as you apply it to skin and it gets warmer it becomes a lotion and sinks into skin! 🙂 xx

It sounds like a very nice product and refreshing with the satsuma. Does it sink into the skin quickly?
