The Body Shop Frosted Plum Bath Fizzers
The Body Shop Frosted Plum Bath Fizzers – With all these cold days that we’ve been having I’ve been pampering myself more and more. For me, there’s nothing better than coming home after a long day, running a hot bath and using a load of bath bombs – or bath fizzers in this case!
(Not forgetting the candles)
The Body Shop kindly sent me these gorgeous from their (many products currently on sale), I didn’t really know if I’d like them as much so let’s go through all the details in the review!
The Body Shop Frosted Plum Bath Fizzers – Packaging
As you can see in the photos, the packaging is really basic but for the actual product that it is, it’s great!
It’s better than Lush giving you a bath bomb in a little bag – this way the bath bombs (fizzers) are protected, stay ‘fresh’ and dry!
If you’ve been following this blog for a while, you’ll also know that I absolutely love that the body shop shows you the key/main ingredient on the front of the packaging. It’s what makes them stand out and you instantly recognise that it’s a ‘body shop’ product!
The Body Shop Frosted Plum Bath Fizzers – Bath Fizzers
Ah – here’s the fun part! 😉
These look like normal bath bombs however what I’ve noticed is that these do ‘fizz’ slightly they hit the water and they do take longer to dissolve than normal bath bombs – I quite like that! 🙂
And as sad as this might sound, I really like watching the bath fizzer dissolve and turn the water a beautiful lilac shade – not forgetting to mention the gorgeous, yet delicate scent they have!
Do they add bubbles?
No – but if you’re anything like me this won’t be a problem as you’re probably using 4 different bubble bath products anyway! 🙂
The Body Shop Frosted Plum Bath Fizzers – Scent
As you might have guessed from above – I love the scent of these bath fizzers! If you’ve got a store local to you, then definitely go and have a look at the sample products from the range – it’s gorgeous!
They’re not overly powerful like some bath bombs out there on the market but they do have a really lovely, sweet, fruity blossom scent.
I’d say it’s more on the delicate side but it’s beautiful and suits the product and range just fine! 🙂
The Body Shop Frosted Plum Bath Fizzers – Does skin feel nourished?
Yes – I can’t really say that it’s down to the bath bomb alone as I tend to use a number of products in the bath from oils to salts and bubble bath gels but my skin does feel nourished!
I always recommend applying a body lotion or body butter after a shower or bath to ‘lock in‘ the moisture plus, it’s a good excuse to get which is currently half price!!! 🙂
The Body Shop Frosted Plum Bath Fizzers – Overall
I really, really like these and I’d recommend them to everyone – especially now with the cold winter days that we’re having!!
If you love Lush products and bath bombs then please don’t miss these, just give them a go – they smell great and turn the water a gorgeous lilac shade so what’s not to love!?
The Body Shop Frosted Plum Bath Fizzers – Purchase

These look really cute, I love anything fruity when it comes to having a nice luxurious bath. I usually go for Lush when it comes to bath products but I should really remember to try out The Body Shop!

I never knew that the body shop had bath fizzers. That is so awesome and I love your great review on them. I like that you say that they take a long time to disolve as well.
