Maxfactor Whipped Creme Foundation*

A few weeks ago I was kindly sent Maxfactor’s new foundation and I couldn’t wait to share my thoughts with you.

What’s Maxfactor Whipped Creme Foundation?

It’s the newest foundation by Maxfactor and is described as a ‘whipped, hydrating formula which won’t dry skin and delivers a fresh-looking matte finish with a radiant glow

What’s the packaging like?

As you can see it’s simple but it doesn’t need to be anything else…I like the simplicity of it.

The foundation is in a glass jar and the cap is a lovely deep silver…not a bright silver which again feels lovely and not at all plasticy!

What are my first impressions of Maxfactor Whipped Creme Foundation?

I really liked it from the beginning, I’m used to trying different products and I can tell if something is right for me and will look/feel right on my skin.

The texture is lovely, think of it like a thick liquid foundation, once applied and blended onto the skin it almost feels like a powder but settles/blends quite nicely on the skin and does provide a fair amount of coverage.

If you’ve tried Maybelline’s whipped foundation and you like it then please do try this as it’s a lot lighter on the skin and blends a lot better!

How long does it last?

For me this lasted all day however I did find that my skin had a bit of shine on my cheeks and around the nose area which I normally don’t get so if you have oily skin then I don’t think this is for you but it’s nothing a little powder won’t fix to remove any shine.

Would I recommend this to family and friends?

As mentioned above if you have tried and love Maybelinne’s whipped foundation then please do try this…I think you’ll love it so much more as it feels a lot lighter on the skin and blends a lot nicer.

If you suffer with oily skin it wouldn’t be the first thing I would recommend it BUT if you don’t mind applying a little bit of powder throughout the day then try it and see…it does look lovely on the skin.

If you suffer with dry skin I would say apply a moisturiser beforehand to avoid it drying skin.

Can you buy this online?

Yes!!

You can click HERE to view it at Boots and it’s priced at £7.99 which isn’t bad…I’ve used it quite a few times and it’s still full! 🙂

All you lovely readers, let me know what you think!!

Have you tried this??

Layla xx
