Today I’m writing about a limited edition product, it’s from KIKO and it’s the KIKO Desert Baked Blush with three beautiful skin-complimenting tones.

KIKO Desert Dunes Baked Blush Review – Packaging

As you can see, this looks absolutely beautiful. The packaging is gorgeous and it’s not something you would imagine was from KIKO – an affordable brand.

This looks like a high-end, luxury products – the beautiful gold colour has a rose gold tint to it and the detailing in the packaging makes it stand out completely.

I also love the fact that there’s a mirror in this Baked Blush – some brands skip the mirror but this is great, pop it into your handbag and use on the go!

This is a baked blush, I prefer baked products so much more compared to pressed or regular – this is because they tend to be a lot lighter and velvety smooth on the skin.

I’ll be covering baked products in another post but baked products are baked from a liquid into a solid product – there’s less talc found in baked products and much more pigment (colour) so you end up using less on your skin, it’s lightweight and your skin has a beautiful luminous glow too.

This baked blush has 3 beautiful skin-complimenting tones and as you will be able to see in the pictures below, they’re all different.

One shade is a beautiful rich tone to define, one is a skin-complimenting tone and the other is a subtle highlighting tone. All leave your skin with a beautiful, healthy and luminous glow.

KIKO Desert Dunes Baked Blush Review – Lasting Power

Like I’ve said above, I prefer baked products as they tend to last a lot longer during the day and generally leave your skin look a lot healthier and beautiful.

Applied in the morning before leaving home – this still looked just as good in the evening and perhaps even better. Sometimes when makeup is ‘worn’ it just blends beautifully with the skin.
