GOSH Primer Plus+ Hydration Review

GOSH is a brand that I really love聽and I feel that they don’t get as much attention/hype on their products as much as other brands which is a big shame!

Famous for it’s primers, January saw a new addition to family with the Primer Plus+ and what’s the best part – it contains snow algae!

GOSH Primer Plus+ Packaging

As you can see in the photos this comes in a handy tube making it perfect to apply on the go and a lot more hygienic than tubs and little jars!

GOSH Primer Plus+ What Does it Do?

Primer’s in general have been designed to create a barrier between make-up and your skin but also provide something for your makeup to ‘hold on to‘ 聽meaning it’ll last longer during the day.

The Primer Plus+ contains snow algae to safeguard skin’s youthfulness, rejuvenate, protect, hydrate also blurs your imperfections.

It can be used alone to give skin a natural look or under your foundation for more staying power when applying your makeup.

GOSH Primer Plus+ Texture

Even though this just looks like a cream it has a silky cream texture which is what a primer should feel like in my opinion.

It’s very lightweight when applied to skin so you don’t feel like you’re blocking pores or applying something heavy to your skin which is really lovely – our skin doesn’t like heavy products during the day as this what causes breakouts.

GOSH Primer Plus+ Does it Blur?

No, for me it doesn’t ‘blur‘ anything, it just makes my skin feel a lot smoother which is great when applying your makeup as it goes on looking lovely and you don’t need to use as much makeup either.

If you’re looking for a blurring/airbrush finish product then this isn’t it but if you’re looking for a decent primer that will keep your makeup in place and make your skin look/feel smooth then you’ll really like it!

GOSH Primer Plus+ Overall

I like this primer and have been using it daily, it keeps my make-up looking lovely during the day, my skin feels nice and fresh but if I have to pick, I do prefer the GOSH Foundation Primer Classic as it gives skin a velvet smooth finish that I adore!

GOSH Primer Plus+ Purchase

You can purchase the GOSH Primer Plus+ from Superdrug for 拢13.99 and whilst you might think it’s pricey – it’s not as you only need a little (pea-sized) amount and it goes a long way.

I’ve been using this daily for about 3 weeks and there’s still plenty to last me probably till around end of April/May!

So, you all know that I love hearing from you – I’m a little busy during the next few weeks聽so replies might be a little delayed but I WILL reply to you! 馃檪

This is a great review, Layla and I have to agree that GOSH doesn’t seems to get a lot of hype in the blogging world. We do have GOSH here but I have yet to try anything from them, definitely have to change that soon.

I’m glad you agree and it’s a shame to see things like that as I really think they deserve a lot more from the beauty world!! Ah, good to know it’s available there – can’t wait to see what you get! 馃檪 xxx
