I was kindly sent the Clinique Lash Power Feathering Mascara a few days ago and for many people who know me, mascara is my number 1, must-have, must-use product.
Even when I don’t wear anything else on my face there’ll always be a coat of mascara just because it makes me feel a lot better.
Clinique Lash Power Feathering Mascara – Packaging
The packaging of the Clinique Lash Power Feathering Mascara is by far one of the cutest I’ve seen in recent months (for makeup products) – the colours just scream spring and it’s everything I love…flowers & pastels!
The packaging is what really draws your eye to the product and my reaction to the product when I saw it was just smiles. 🙂
Upon opening the cute, colourful box you’re greeted by the simplicity normally found with Clinique products – simple and chic…yes it counts for make-up products too not just fashion 😉
Clinique Lash Power Feathering Mascara – Wand
I love going into detail especially when it comes to mascara but on the same hand I don’t want to bore you lovely readers so instead I’ll keep this short and simple and then do a full post about all the different types of mascara wands/looks you can create.
This wand is really lovely, looking at the pictures above you can see it’s very thick and full however the bristles are quite fine and this makes all the difference with how your lashes will look.
Fine bristles give you much more precision meaning you coat even the tiniest of lashes BUT with the bristles being fine you don’t apply as much mascara so you need to apply MORE coats to get your lashes lovely and dark.
If you like the natural look you’re good with 2 coats of mascara, if you’re like me and prefer lashes to be darker then 4-5 coats is fine.
A thick wand with fine bristles allows you to get a ‘feathered’ look which is exactly the name of the product – fluttery, long lashes!

Μου εστειλαν πριν μερικες μερες να δοκιμασω αυτη την καινουργια Μασκαρα της Clinique Lash Power Feathering Mascara.
Την χρησιμοποιησα μερικες φορες και μπορω να πω οτι ειναι καλη αλλα αν θελεις εντομα μαυρες βλεφαριδες πρεπει να βαλεις αρκετες στρωσεις .
Εχω δοκιμασει πολλες Μασκαρα και εχω τις αγαπημενες μου που ειναι YSL Faux Cils Effect Revlon 3D Volume Mascara και LaylaD Beauty Natural Mascara και παντα καθε καινουργια που δοκιμαζω την συγκρινω με αυτες.
Μου αρεσε πολυ η συσκευασια ειναι πολυ ομορφη με ωραια παστελ χρωματα σε απαλο ροζ και επισης απαλο πρασινο.
Αν την εχετε δοκιμασει περιμενω τα σχολια σας οπως παντα με πολυ χαρα.

Soo pretty!! I like anything with the word “feather” in it for mascara. My favourite feathering mascara used to be the Maybelline Full & Soft which isnt avialable in North america anymore. This looks lovely Layla – thanks for the review!

This looks amazing the Clinique high impact mascara is a fave of mine but this one looks so good, it’s give you a whole lot of volume and length x
