Clarins Autumn Make-up Collection 2014 – Face

As a lot of you have seen and read, I was kindly invited to the London head offices of Clarins to see the new launch for their Autumn Makeup Collection.

I’ve shown you some gores swatches from their eye make-up so now we move onto the face! 😀

Clarins Autumn Make-up Collection 2014 – Face – Instant Light Eye Perfecting Base

Although this says ‘eye perfecting base‘ and on the bag it tells you to use it alone or under eyeshadows I would actually recommend using this on the upper and lower eye area, forehead, nose and chin.

As you can see int he swatch it looks like a concealer but it’s SO thick and creamy that you need a tiny amount as a little really goes a long way – it’s perfect for covering imperfections, dark circles and dark blemishes plus it has brightening particles which will just give your skin a gorgeous glow – so for me this doubles up as a wonderful concealer/brightener too.

Clarins Autumn Make-up Collection 2014 – Face – True Radiance Foundation

A beautiful foundation which comes in 3 equally beautiful shades.

Beige – 107

Amber – 112

Cappuccino – 114

The formula of the true radiance foundation is so lightweight yet it gives skin lovely coverage without it looking heavy or cakey, just a really natural look which is perfect for everyday.

The main thing which I love with the true radiance foundation is how the colours remain true when applied onto skin, many foundations take on an orange tint however with the true radiance foundation it stays the same – all.day.long!
