As you can see, I'm keeping up with the summer theme on the blog - I can't get enough of this glorious sunshine and all the pretty colours around me!
If you're a reader / follower of this blog, you will have seen the difference in my winter wardrobe and summer wardrobe.
In winter, things tend to stay black and grey, with touches of white - if you're lucky.
In the summer months, I have much more fun! 🙂
In this post, I'm wearing a beautiful maxi dress from Jane Norman - a tropical print maxi dress with a colourful / bold pattern and below, you can see all the details and plenty of photos.
Tropical Summer Maxi Dress
Even though I'm not the tallest thing around, I love maxi dresses - they're absolutely beautiful and just perfect for the summer months.
You can keep them casual during the day and dress them up for the evening by adding a pair of heels to the look.
The maxi dress which I'm wearing is gorgeous - I love the statement design and coincidentally, the colours seemed to compliment the white walls and blue doors of the Greek Island which I was visiting.
Statement prints can sometimes be over-the-top however that's not the case here, this dress has such an elegant vibe that I absolutely love!
Tropical Summer Maxi Dress
In the photo on the right, you can just about see the back detail of this maxi dress (more photos below).
You can see that the bottom half of my back is actually on show whereas the top half of my back is covered in a unique lace-detail-design making this dress standout.
I had my hair down, not realising how beautiful the detail was, however you can opt to wear your hair up in a ponytail to really show off the gorgeous design.
Team with hoop earrings and silver bangles to complete the look.
