Try the
- Any face mask that soothes, cools and refreshes your skin – pop it in the fridge! This way it’ll be extra cooling and soothing when you apply.

- Old-style skincare is the best, on a cold evening add hot water to a large glass bowl, add a few drops of essential oil like , , , ylang ylang or and rest your face over it with a towel over your head. This will open pores and nourish your skin!
I like this (healing) this (soothing) and this (relaxing)
- Did you know that Cornflower is great on tired eyes? Apply onto damp cotton pads and let it rest for 10 minutes….this will de-puff and soothe.

Love these tips, I will be trying out the paracetamol paste and the coconut oil and brown sugar scrub 🙂 I love exfoliation especially my face, I use a flannel every evening to remove make up which provides a gentle exfoliation and I use my foreo luna every morning with my cleanser which is a great gentle exfoliator 🙂 http://daisycandle.com/2015/11/04/foreo-luna-review/

yes – haha!! 🙂 xxx
I need to try the steam facial at night… that’s a good one! Jeez… my skincare routine is so basic… I really should amp it up!! I guess one tip I could add is using oils on the skin for moisturizing. I put on my moisturizer and also layer over something like almond oil or avocado oil. I also like using the vitamin E from inside of the vitamin capsule underneath my eyes before going to bed.
Have a Happy Thanksgiving!!!
