Motivation Monday – Enjoy Yourself

Motivation Monday – Enjoy Yourself
Hello everyone, it’s the start of a new week and I’m back with a new Motivation Monday post – these are getting so popular with more and more demand each week so all I can say is, Thank you very much! 🙂
After a lovely weekend enjoying the sunshine – or in my case watching F1, it’s back to ‘normality’ and in this post I’m writing about how to enjoy yourself.
Motivation Monday – Enjoy Yourself
Like I’ve said in my previous posts, if there’s one person who feels better after reading a Motivation Monday post it makes it all worthwhile and the main thing that I would like to get across to people is to make the most of everything you have.
STOP taking things for granted – remember, there’s always someone in a worse position compared to you so be grateful and make the most of everything and everyone in your life.
We all get stuck in our routines and we get caught up in ‘life’s bubble‘ but this quickly takes it’s toll – you get bored, you get stressed and you end up not looking forward or appreciate things in your life.
This is why you should always make the time to enjoy yourself – it could be something as simple as going for a coffee with friends or treating yourself to a t-shirt, perhaps it could be treating yourself to a spa-day to relax….in any case you need to make time for yourself.
How Can I Enjoy Myself With No Money?
I know, it’s easy for me to sit here and type away saying “go and do X” or “go and do Y” but it’s about spreading the positivity and allowing yourself to believe that you can enjoy yourself with little money.
There’s so many apps nowadays with spa-deals and breaks, short-holidays abroad or even offers in different stores and restaurants – take a look and you’ll find something within your budget to enjoy yourself.
It’s normal to take some time out and to indulge in things which make you happy – what’s NOT normal is letting the stress get to you, it can end up taking control of a situation, your mind and your positive energy which not only affects you but the people around you, your friends and family.
So, before allowing yourself to feel down – think about all the wonderful things in your life, appreciate everything you have and remember to make that time to enjoy yourself….
