Lottie London Best of Brushes Collection
Lottie London Best of Brushes Collection – Hey everyone! Lottie London is a brand that’s relatively new to me however I’m seeing it across more and more stores!
It’s always nice to see new brands and try their products and if you’re anything like me, then you’re going to love these Lottie London Best of Brushes collection – consisting of 5 of their top makeup brushes…it’s not to miss!
Lottie London Best of Brushes Collection – Packaging
It’s the little details that count and I love the black and white packaging which contrasts beautifully against the bright colours of the makeup brushes.
It attracts your attention and this really is the key – especially when Lottie London is now selling their products in a number of high-street stores!
Inside the packaging, the makeup brushes are kept in place – very cute and of course, lovely!
Lottie London Best of Brushes Collection – The Makeup Brushes
Like I’ve mentioned above, this is the Lottie London Best of Brushes Collection which consists of 5 of the brands top makeup brushes for face, eyes and lips.
You can use each brush as you wish and in the ways you feel works better for you but below I’ve listed the ways I’d use each one – colour coded 😉
Lottie London ‘Blue‘ Makeup Brush – I’d use this when applying my face powder to ‘set‘ makeup or as a blush brush. The shape is rounded allowing you to apply blush on the ‘apples of the cheeks‘ which is the plumpest part when you smile and where you should be applying your blush for a beautiful healthy glow!
Lottie London ‘Green‘ Makeup Brush – I don’t really like these types of foundation brushes for applying your foundation as it gives your skin that ‘cakey’ look however you can use this as a contouring / highlighting brush along the cheekbones to really define your makeup, especially when it comes to your evening makeup (see this video here)
Lottie London ‘Red/Coral‘ Makeup Brush – I’d use this for applying my eye makeup especially when it comes to the neutral or base colour. The flat shape allows you to apply your eyeshade quickly and also ‘presses’ the powder into place for a lovely look all day long! 🙂
Lottie London ‘Yellow‘ Makeup Brush – This is something which can be used in a number of ways, I’d personally use it as an eye ‘crease defining’ brush as it’s thinner and domed allowing you to blend your make-up beautifully. You can also use this as a liner smudging brush or along the nose when contouring too!
Lottie London ‘Pink‘ Makeup Brush – As you can see in the pictures, this is an angled defining brush so I’d use it along the upper lash line to create lovely cat-flicks, defining brows and even along the lower lash line to define your eyes.
Lottie London Best of Brushes Collection – Purchase
You can purchase this Lottie London Makeup Brush set from Superdrug for £19.99 – with Christmas round the corner, I think it’ll make a lovely gift for anyone just starting out in makeup and even as a stocking filer gift idea too! 🙂

Those brushes look really good! Especially for that price! I’m really loving my Sigma and Real Techniques brushes, so I’m currently not looking for new brushes, but I think they would make great Christmas presents for my friends!
