The hotel is located in the South of the City Centre - a modern hotel which is a 3 minute walk from the Silberhornstraße U-Bahn station and 2.7 km from the technological displays of the Deutsches Museum.

With it's bright and contemporary rooms with free Wi-Fi, flat screen TV's. The rooms also have balconies and kitchenettes whereas upgraded rooms also provide access to the business lounge area.

Hello everyone! I hope you're all well and having a lovely and relaxing weekend.

If you're following me over on Instagram, you'll have seen that I'm travelling across Europe and a few days ago, I decided to stop off in Munich, Germany and have a little look round - taking a break from travelling.

In this post, I'm writing about my stay in the Leonardo Hotel and Residence which is located in Munich, it's a beautiful hotel and perfect to stay in if you're visiting the city centre.

There's even a sauna, steam room and relaxation centre - perfect for some pampering time.

Leonardo Hotel and Residence Munich - Rooms

The rooms in the hotel are really lovely, they're bright, airy, comfortable and just lovely to relax in after a long day if you're visiting the city centre.

With free Wi-Fi, a kitchen-area and plenty of storage space, it's perfect if you're anything like me and carrying lots of clothes with you for photoshoots - and with the need for internet access! 🙂

As you can see, just past the beds, there's also a seating area in the corner of the room - on the other side there's a separate desk area and a flat screen TV - fantastic for bloggers on the go 😉

Leonardo Hotel and Residence Munich - Bathroom

So I didn't see what the upgraded rooms were like however in my room - there was no bath.

This didn't bother me too much as I'm a shower person in the summer and when I travel it's a lot easier however if you're someone who loves baths, this will leave you a tad disappointed.

Other than that - the shower itself was perfect!

There was so much pressure from the shower that it was like you were getting a massage, really lovely and especially after you've been travelling all day long.

Again, the room is bright, airy and you get your little samples as you can see - all cute and lined up! 🙂

Leonardo Hotel and Residence Munich - Balcony

I didn't expect the room to have a balcony like this - it was a lovely surprise and I also loved the way the room overlooks onto the balcony itself.

In the winter, if you don't want to open the doors, the windows are in a bay-format with luxurious curtains which drape around, adding a cosy touch to the room.

I even managed to take some photos here! 🙂
