Homemade Cinnamon Latte Recipe – Morning Everyone! It might be a little bit miserable out there but I have something that might just cheer you all up!
As most of you know, I love my Coffee and I love going to Starbucks, Costa Coffee and BB’s but theres’s times when I want to relax, stay at home, snuggle up on the sofa and say goodbye to the outside world so here is a Homemade Cinnamon Latte Recipe which you can re-create easily in the comfort of your own home!
Homemade Cinnamon Latte Recipe – Ingredients
- 2 Cups Milk (Semi-Skimmed / Low-Fat)
- 2/3 Teaspoons of Ground Cinnamon or 1/2 Sticks of Fresh Cinnamon
- Touch of Nutmeg
- 2 Teaspoons Brown Sugar
- 2 Teaspoons Coffee (I use Nescafe Espresso Powder)
Homemade Cinnamon Latte Recipe – Method
- Pour milk into saucepan
- Add Cinnamon, Nutmeg & Brown Sugar to milk
- On low/medium heat mix ingredients
- Add coffee to the mix
- Bring to the boil but ALWAYS stir/mix the ingredients, you don’t want milk to catch…
Homemade Cinnamon Latte Recipe – Extra
To keep things simple you can just add whipped cream to the coffee with a sprinkling of ground cinnamon and caramel sauce – yum!
If you don’t have whipped cream you can just use an electric milk frother like these ones HERE and another little tip is to add evaporated milk to it – makes it even creamier! 🙂

I love making things like this at home, it’s so much more fun and you have the joy of making it yourself – you can add your own little twist to this and use as much of the ingredients as you want.
I personally like my coffee sweet and rich whereas other people might prefer more milk, less coffee or less cinnamon – have a play around with the ingredients! 🙂
