Essence All-In-One CC Cream Review
Essence All-In-One CC Cream Review *
Essence has well and truly taken over the beauty blogging community and everyone seems to be raving about their products!
In this post I’ll be talking writing about the Essence All-In-One CC Cream and covering all the aspects. 🙂
Essence All-In-One CC Cream – Packaging
The packaging is very neat and clean looking, it’s exactly the same as the BB Cream packaging, the only thing that’s different is the colouring and I have to say that I love this electric purple colour!
It’s all down to personal preference but I do prefer getting BB creams, foundation and primers in tubes or with a pump applicator as it keeps things a lot neater, easier to use and of course hygienic!
Essence All-In-One CC Cream – Texture
Generally CC creams are meant to have an even lighter texture compared to BB creams but this is VERY similar to the Essence BB Cream – so similar in fact that if someone placed both products in front of me it would take me quite a while to figure it out which is which….if I could!
Essence All-In-One CC Cream – Lasting Power
The lasting power of the Essence CC cream is really good, I normally apply it after primer and before foundation to help create an even base meaning that I won’t need to use as much concealer or foundation.
I did get the odd bit of shine on my nose and t-zone in the afternoon which I wouldn’t normally get when just applying my primer and foundation so if you suffer with oily/combination skin then this might be too oily for your skin – look at oil-free versions.
Essence All-In-One CC Cream – Overall
I’m not wowed by this product but for the price it’s great and you shouldn’t really expect miracle products.
If you’re someone who just wants to apply and go or someone who doesn’t wear too much make-up then this could be an option for you as it does make your skin look better.
Would I say that this is the best CC Cream I’ve tried? No – sadly not BUT like I said for the price there’s no complaints! 🙂
Essence All-In-One CC Cream – Purchase
UK readers this can be purchased from Wilko’s for just £4.00!

So, here’s to a wonderful start to 2015 – hope you all have a good one and like I mentioned in my “Hello 2015” post I have some exciting things coming soon! 🙂
I love BB creams, but I’m still yet to try a CC cream! Love your honest reviews though, this probably won’t be the first CC cream I try even though it is a bargain 🙂 xx
Aww thank you so much for your lovely comment – I do try and give as much detail as possible but remember what might work for me might not work for you and vice versa! 🙂 xxx
Essence is wonderful! I might just give this a try as I really don’t wear that much makeup. Thank you for the honest review love! Keep doing what you do =D xoxo

I can’t tell why but I’m still concerned to try any of the essence products! Your posts are always encouraging to do so, but I keep putting it off! This year I will try them though! 😀

This sounds like a great CC cream for the price! I also prefer products with pumps though

Joanna, I actually have a post coming soon all about BB Creams, CC Creams, how to use them and all the information along with my favourites 🙂 xxxx
Sounds good! So a bb or cc cream is to be used underneath a foundation? And if so, what for? I have both but never put them on together.
