Duster Coat – Yay!! So here’s a new outfit post for you all and I’m really excited to be writing this – it’s been far too long since my last outfit post and fingers crossed, I can now keep up with everything and be brining you several outfit posts a week! 🙂

I’ve had a tough few weeks and I sadly had to say goodbye to my little dog after 19 years of her in my life.

Some people may think that a dog is just a ‘pet‘ however I think they’re family members.

You receive unconditional love from them, no matter how tall or short, rich or poor you are – they love you for you! They don’t expect anything in return and after 19 years of living a healthy life, she sadly passed away.

So as you can see, it’s been tough and I know that I haven’t been the “best blogger” but like I said above, hopefully I’ll be a lot more organised now as there’s so much to get through and I have so many exciting things on the way!

Getting back to the outfit post, last week I decided to go into London, sometimes you just need a little ‘me’ time and I found out that a little walk by the river really helps to clear your mind!

London is absolutely beautiful and there’s so many places away from the ‘tourist zones‘ which are just as gorgeous, a lot calmer and you’re bound to find a cute coffee shop nearby 😉

This Duster Coat that I’m wearing is from Warehouse and what I love about it is the fact that it can double up as a belt-dress too!

I’ve never been a huge fan of Duster Coats for some reason, the ones I came across were far too long and something only models could get away with however Warehouse is great for finding little gems that are actually flattering!

If you look closely, there’s so much detail!

There’s a short jacket-like effect on the sleeve area which works round to the back and up to the waist then underneath you’ve got a fitted ‘jacket’ with a cute belt for extra definition and shape.

As much as I love this Duster Coat, it’s not warm – at all!

You do need to layer a t-shirt with a sweater if you’re wearing it in cold weather BUT this will be absolutely perfect for those sunny spring days when it’s not too cold and not too warm.

I can’t wait to wear this as a dress too – layer it with a black t-shirt underneath and team it up with leggings, super-cute and perfect for everyday! 🙂
