So, from my personal experience, City Tights have been absolutely wonderful to work with!
Any questions that I've had have all been answered as quickly as possible and this is what the brand want to do for you - they want to help!
Here are some things to note about City Tights
- FREE replacements on tights that ladder! City Tights don't want their customers to be disappointed - it only takes a few clicks on their website and your replacement pair will be on the way!
-The Service is meant to be a fun process! As mentioned, every customer get's an extra 'goodie' with their subscription order whether it's a pair of cute socks or lovely nail polish for example. 🙂
-Subscription can be customised to suit you and your needs - YOU choose how often you have City Tight boxes delivered to your home, YOU can pause a subscription (holidays for example) - it's all down to what YOU, the customer wants 🙂
-One Time Only: This is a new addition to the brand, they're offering one-time-only purchase boxes so you don't need to subscribe!
This is a cheaper option but you don't get the free replacement if your tights ladder.
