It’s not too often that I’ll feature haircare products on here but I really want to write about more as I know you all love finding out about different products and seeing as you enjoyed the Boucleme Range here’s something from the wonderful ghd!

ghd Style Total Volume Foam Review – Packaging

You all know by now that I fall for fancy packaging, anything colourful and pretty – I’m drawn to it!

Even though this is primarily all black, I really like the pops of colour, electric purple, gold and rich purple – they all compliment each other but stand out making this perfect on a shelf in store as it’ll definitely attract the eye!!

Taking the product out of the box or outer packaging, it’s exactly the same colour scheme and design on the product itself but the best part is when you take the cap off – look at that beautiful purple!!!!

This is a pump applicator system which always makes things a lot easier to use and really handy especially with haircare products – I’m not such a fan of hair styling products being in tubs.

ghd Style Total Volume Foam Review – Texture

As it says in the name, this is a foam product but don’t get confused thinking it’s going to be like a mousse – it’s not!

A mousse has quite a thick texture whereas this is similar to a hand foam wash – I think this has something to do with the pump applicator, a skincare product has this system and it’s exactly the same texture, I think Pixi?

The thing I love the most about this product is the smell, it’s so beautiful – think sweet and florally!

It fades when you apply it to your hair but you do catch little notes during the day which is always nice!

I always apply this to damp hair and let it air-dry or use a diffuser to add curls and definition into my hair.
