Easy Updates For Any Size Garden - Lanterns
It's not a secret that we absolutely love our lanterns! We have them in our home and we have them in our garden too.
Lanterns are absolutely perfect as there's an effortless beauty about them as they instantly transform their surroundings by adding a delicate / special touch to the atmosphere.
If you're hesitant about having a real candle in the lantern, there's solar-powered candles available with a real-effect-flame that are equally beautiful.
We also like using cream / off-white fairy lights which turns the lanterns into decorative pieces too. 🙂
Easy Updates For Any Size Garden - Planters
Planters are often ignored when it comes to updating your garden as more people tend to focus on the decorative pieces such as lanterns, outdoor wall hangings and water-features.
The beauty about planters is that they add such a charm to the garden and we love using them - especially in corners to fill the space.
You can get wooden square planters, zinc planters or as pictured - Rattan planters which change over time adding more character to the surroundings.
Choose different sizes which will add height and variety. In between the two, three or four (however many you have) you can add a small lantern with a solar-powered candle - perfect!

I love the idea of dressing up your backyard/garden with lanterns! We plan to use lanterns as center pieces for our wedding, then take them all home and place them around as home decor!
