Hey everyone! So I hope you’re all having a wonderful week so far! The weather is definitely taking a turn for winter now and even though there’s beautiful golden leaves everywhere – it’s absolutely freezing out there…. snow anyone?

Anyway, in this post I thought it would be good to write about this – the Caudalie Beauty Elixir which is perfect to use all-year-round as it just gives your skin a radiant healthy glow plus it hydrates your skin as you use it during the day which is great when you’re going from the warm indoors to the cold city!

Caudalie Beauty Elixir Review – Packaging

As you can see, this looks really lovely. It’s a rather delicate product and it’s not at all eye-catching nor does it make a statement but sometimes, that’s better….. let the actual product do the ‘talking’!

The packaging itself is a glass bottle so be careful to not drop this onto bathroom tiles!

As you’ll be able to see in the photos below, the applicator is a spritz but this applies as a lightweight mist rather than a toner, lovely and refreshing! 🙂

I know you all love finding out about the formula and what this product is targeted at so here’s all the details below.

It’s a plant-based treatment which helps to smooth those fine lines, it tightens pores and has an anti-dull formula to brighten your skin leaving it with a healthy glow!

What’s more – this can also be used to set your makeup! 🙂

Caudalie Beauty Elixir Review – How To Use?

OK, so there’s a number of ways in which I like to use this product – it just all depends on my mood and how my skin looks and feels on a certain day!

Before Moisturiser / Night Cream

This is great when my skin really needs a boost! After cleansing and toning my skin in the evening, I’ll apply this before applying my night cream.

This is so my night cream can ‘lock in’ all those wonderful ingredients from the beauty elixir to wake up with rejuvenated and radiant skin.

This is a great way to use it if you suffer with dry, dehydrated and dull skin. 

Refreshing Spray 

I did this more in the summer months which is why I think it’s a great product to use all-year-round to really give your skin a boost and allow it to soak up all this great ingredients! During the day, this can be used over makeup to refresh and rejuvenate your skin.

Makeup Setting Spray

I have used this but don’t feel like it works 100% for me – depending on the weather conditions, this sometimes works, other times my skin looks a little too ‘glowy‘ for my liking.  After applying makeup, spritz 2-3 times over your face and neck to ‘set’ makeup into place.

Again, I think this works better for people with dry, dehydrated skin instead of combination like myself.

So as you can see, this is a really great product and can actually double (or triple) up to be used in a variety of different ways!

Not only is this product loved by myself – this is now a cult product being used by make-up artists, beauty addicts and celebrities to give skin a radiant boost!

As I’ve mentioned above, I love using this more in the evening to give my skin that needed boost and with the colder weather and changing temperatures, it’s something that your skin will love too!
