Boutique Makeup Sainsburys

Boutique Makeup Sainsburys –  Hello to all you gorgeous readers!! Slowly but surely, I’m getting through all the reviews and posts I need to publish and today I’m going to brighten up your day with a little ‘sneak preview‘ at what’s to come to the blog soon – despite all the clouds, grey skies and humidity!

Boutique Makeup Sainsburys

Boutique Makeup is Sainsburys own brand – affordable products, with an edge! Looking at the products, you really wouldn’t think they were from Sainsbury’s

Yes, the packaging might be on the simple side however the writing gives it a classy edge. What I normally find with supermarket own brands is that more often than not, the problem is that they have cheap, plastic packaging.

Not the case here – especially the nail polish and lipgloss, they feel more like ‘high-end’ drugstore brands such as Essie, Revlon and Max Factor.

I think the most importanat aspect of this range, is that its cruelty-free. Unlike many of the more well-known brands. I’ve ditched Rimmel, Benefit, Avon and so many others, because they sell to China and therefore test on animals. Scandalous in this day and age.

I know, a lot of the products out there do test on animals and it’s a shame – I love brands that are cruelty-free too! 🙂 xxx
